Our children are treated on an individual level and are given the time to build their skills in order to become independent, confident and resilient.
We have a flexible long term plan with our curriculum being based on the seven areas of learning which aim to prepare our children for their transition to nursery and, longer term, school.
We focus on the three core areas of the EYFS: personal, social and emotional development, communication and language, and physical development. These areas are those most essential for your child's healthy development and future learning.
We believe that once our children feel comfortable and we get to know them, we can plan from what we learn from our observations and the child’s personal interests and likes.
We continually monitor children’s progress and adapt plans following the specific areas of EYFS: literacy, mathematics, understanding the world and expressive arts and design.
Each child has a keyworker who will help them settle in and then follow their progress in line with our curriculum.
